PROGRAM INFORMATION
- What is La Quinta Returns?
- Every time you stay at a La Quinta hotel, you earn points! You can redeem your points for valuable rewards including free nights, airline miles/credits toward free travel, and gift cards/certificates for use at over 150 national retailers and restaurants. You also receive special member benefits that make your stay even more enjoyable.
- Who can join La Quinta Returns?
- Anyone 18 years of age and older can join. You can enroll online at www.lq.com/returns, at the front desk of any La Quinta location, or call the La Quinta Returns Service Center at 1-800-RETURNS (1-800-738-8767) or 1-800-642-4258. The La Quinta Returns Service Center hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Central Time (closed on holidays).
- Is there a fee to join La Quinta Returns?
- No, membership in the program is free.
- How do I request additional information about La Quinta Returns?

PROGRAM BENEFITS
- What are my benefits at each program level?
- In addition to earning points for valuable rewards, member benefits include:
- Silver Member:
- Express check-in, late check-out, members-only 800 number, secured account access via the Web, points that never expire as long as you remain active, easy online reward redemption, and special fax rates.
- Gold Member:
- All Silver Member benefits plus: 20% bonus points per dollar spent, two free room upgrade certificates per year and free faxes (up to 15 pages per fax).
- Elite Member:
- All Silver Member benefits plus: 30% bonus points per dollar spent, guaranteed availability when you reserve 48 hours prior to arrival (special events require a 30-day advance notice), no blackout dates for free night certificates (limited availability), automatic free room upgrade based upon availability at time of check-in, and welcome gift in-room.

EARNING POINTS
- How do I earn La Quinta Returns points?
- Points are earned on every dollar that you spend on eligible room rates at La Quinta hotels. Taxes and incidentals do not apply.
- How do I ensure that I get my points for my stay?
- Just be sure to provide your La Quinta Returns membership card or number when making your reservations or at time of check-in. Your points will automatically be added to your account within 72 hours after your check-out date. After upgrading to the next member tier, you will earn at your new rate beginning on your next stay. Remember, you can check your point balance at www.lq.com/returns.
- How many points will I earn?
Your earning rate will depend on your membership level. All members earn 10 base points with every dollar you spend* on your room rate. Gold members earn an additional 20% bonus points on all base points earned, and Elite members earn an additional 30% bonus points on all base points earned.
*Eligible room rates only, which include most rates available to the general public. Taxes and incidentals do not apply. Members may earn airline miles/credits per stay in lieu of Returns points by presenting their frequent flyer number at check-in.
- How is my membership level determined?
All members are immediately eligible to earn Silver points and enjoy Silver level benefits until they qualify to be upgraded. Members who complete 10 paid nights in a calendar year at La Quinta hotel will be upgraded to the Gold level, and members who complete 25 paid nights in a calendar year at any of these hotels will be upgraded to the Elite level.
Note: Calendar year here is defined as January 1 through December 31 of each year. In order to maintain membership level, member must achieve thresholds listed above each calendar year.
- How will I keep track of the points I have earned?
- You will receive periodic account statements via email summarizing your earnings. You can also track all of your earnings and other account information online at http://www.lq.com/returns/. You will need your account number and password to access your information.
- How do I get credit for a missing stay?
To see credit for a recent stay on your account, please allow 72 hours from the date of check-out. If you suspect that points may be missing from your account after that time, please call the La Quinta Returns Service Center at 1-800-RETURNS (1-800-738-8767) or 1-800-642-4258. The La Quinta Returns Service Center hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (closed on holidays). Be sure to have your member number and password available./p>
